I am known for my versatility, powerful stage presence, and emotional depth and clarity across every role I perform. With a deep passion for connecting with audiences, I strive to make every performance unforgettable.
An operatic and classical tenor, I have built a diverse career as a soloist and ensemble singer for some of Australia’s leading opera companies and symphonic orchestras.
I have performed with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra in Claremont Carols in the Park (2022, 2024), Santa’s Symphony (2024), Orff Carmina Burana (2020) and Beethoven Choral Fantasy (2018). In addition, I have sung in many oratorios and sacred works, including Handel Messiah, Mozart Requiem, Orff Carmina Burana, Dvořák Stabat Mater, Puccini Missa Gloria, Rossini Petite Messe Solennelle (University of Western Australia Choral Society); Dale Materna Requiem (West Coast Philharmonic); Handel Dixit Dominus, Rachmaninov All-Night Vigil, Handel Solomon, Monteverdi Vespers (St. George’s Cathedral Consort); Handel Messiah (Collegium Symphonic Orchestra); The Magical Music of Animation (MM Productions); and as part of the inaugural Perth Italian Festival.
As a soloist for Freeze Frame Opera, I was nominated for a PAWA Award for my performance as The Snake in The Little Prince by Oscar-winning Rachel Portman, having also performed in the award-winning production of Puccini Suor Angelica. Other key roles include Gherardo in Puccini Gianni Schicchi, Joe in Puccini La fanciulla del West, Ernesto in Bizet Don Procopio, and Howard Boucher in the upcoming premiere production of Heggie Dead Man Walking.
With West Australian Opera, I have played Pasek in Janáček The Cunning Little Vixen and Fruit Vendor in Puccini La Boheme, in addition to ensemble roles in Sondheim Sweeney Todd. I have been a member of the WA Opera Chorus since 2012, performing in numerous productions including La Traviata, Tosca, Carmen, Othello, The Magic Flute, Rusalka, Faust, Cosi fan Tutte, The Marriage of Figaro, Madame Butterfly, The Barber of Seville, Il Trovatore, Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci – and many more.
I have also spent over a decade performing regularly with the St. George’s Cathedral Consort and Giovanni Consort, and have been fortunate to collaborate and share the stage with ensembles such as The Gesualdo Six, The King’s Singers, and The Rolling Stones, to name a few.
